McDermott, Director
of Klesis Ministries, has been leading retreats since 1986.
In 1990, he and his wife Tricia founded Klesis Ministries.
He is an ordained elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church
in Simsbury, CT, and serves as Director of the Center for
Renewal, the church's retreat ministry. United

Baumberger
is an ordained minister and has served churches in Connecticut
and New Hampshire. Jim's passion to see men come to understand
godly masculinity has led him to establish a variety of
small men's groups in Simsbury, CT, where he also attends
Covenant Presbyterian Church, serving as Pastor in Residence.

Joshua Stamper has
been leading worship for the past twelve years in many different
contexts—from church settings to national conferences.
Josh is a composer and jazz musician whose compositions
have been performed in the New England Area and as far away
as Brazil and Tunisia. He
is currently on the music faculty at Suffield Academy in
Suffield, CT.
